Our guiding principles
We are convinced that adding and combining skills is essential for designing and proposing effective solutions, especially in terms of prevention, the environment and innovation.
As such, we are taking action :
For everyone’s health and safety
The health and safety of our employees, who are the most important resources and assets within the company, are central to all our commitments. It is also reflected in our high standards on regulatory, social and economic matters.
Our safety management system integrates prevention into every level of the organisation and actively empowers managers and all staff to engage with the company’s continual improvement strategy.

Safety Day(s)
Every year, we take part in VINCI Construction’s Safety Day(s) event, which shines the spotlight on occupational risk prevention and safety issues. During the event, our teams attend workshops to share their experiences and best practices.
The aim is to reinforce the right habits, raise greater awareness of the specific risks in our business activities and ensure that everyone prioritises safety on a daily basis.
In addition to the briefings held at the start of each shift, we also hold monthly 15-minute safety sessions, which reinforce our individual and collective commitment
Vigilants Ensemble!
Safety is a priority that requires constant vigilance, whether working alone or as part of a team. At Euroliners, training and support for our staff are key to developing skills, preventing accidents and fostering an enduring safety culture.
That is why every employee, irrespective of their position, follows an appropriate training pathway in line with their duties and work environment.

For environmental protection
Our commitment to promoting responsible practices when designing and manufacturing our road marking equipment is inextricably woven into our DNA. Consequently, we incorporate recycled materials and have currently achieved a 96% recyclability rate for our equipment. This eco-design approach is a cornerstone of our industrial strategy.
We are also working to continually improve the energy efficiency of our production and repair workshops. These enhancements contribute directly to producing highly durable equipment and shrinking our environmental footprint. At the same time, we are going to great lengths to reduce the amount of materials used and embrace responsible waste management practices, with 21.5 tons of scrap metal, 4.2 tons of wood and 3.8 tons of used oil recycled in 2025.
As part of our drive for sustainable innovation, we are developing alternative forms of marking equipment powered by electric motors, such as the Trassar 6 Energy, which helps lower the carbon footprint of marking operations while limiting noise pollution. Our machines are also designed to use products with a high solid content and water-based paints, which significantly decrease volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions.
With this global outlook, we are pursuing our commitment to pioneer solutions that are ever kinder to the environment, more effective and better suited to the challenges of tomorrow.

For quality
We are focused on our mission of producing and supplying our customers with high-quality products that comply with French and European standards. At every stage in the process of designing, manufacturing and distributing our products, we take individual and collective action to satisfy our partners and customers, especially by reactively and proactively addressing any risks of a nonconformity.
This commitment continues after delivery in the form of our maintenance and after-sales services. We provide ongoing support, including:
- Preventive maintenance to ensure product durability, safety and performance.
- Corrective maintenance to deliver a swift response in the event of a malfunction.
- A responsive after-sales service to troubleshoot, assist and effectively resolve any requests.
For jobs and education
We are committed to promoting gender diversity and equality with an ambitious set of recruitment targets. We value our employees’ skills and we provide a conducive environment for their development, particularly through our training programmes.
Our policy encourages efforts to integrate young people from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds. Whether they have graduated from an engineering school or university, or followed a different educational pathway, we train them on our business activities and give them every support in their projects.

Equal opportunities
We strive to guarantee equal opportunities. We promote cultural diversity, gender equality and the recruitment of people with disabilities and older workers. Our ambition is to ensure that every individual has the same opportunities when it comes to recruitment and access to training and promotion prospects. Euroliners is committed to building diversity among its operational and management staff.
As part of our business activities, we promote the use of services provided by vocational rehabilitation centres. For example, we order our pallets from the Brack centre in Saint-Avold (north-eastern France). This establishment welcomes adults with disabilities and offers adapted working conditions with business activities designed to promote inclusion into society and the working world.
During the Industry Week event in 2025, we welcomed more than 30 girls from secondary schools in partnership with the “Elles bougent” association for an immersive insight into our workshops and expertise. Designed to arouse the curiosity of the youngest students, the day gave them an opportunity to discover our production lines, chat with our teams and explore the wide range of roles available within the company. This initiative helps open the doors to a modern, attractive sector of industry with a wealth of opportunities. It fully illustrates our commitment to promote an open, inclusive and forward-looking industry.
For ethical reasons
In keeping with the attitudes that influence our every action, we ensure that our activities bear the hallmarks of the exemplary conduct demonstrated by our employees. They all take the greatest of care to enforce our Code of Ethics and Conduct, both personally and in the teams under their responsibility.
High standards relating to business ethics are applied in the relationships with our customers, partners and suppliers. In addition to complying with laws and regulations, we conduct our business and take decisions with the utmost integrity.
