Welcoming middle school girls for the week of Industry

Alongside Elles bougent, we opened our doors to nearly 30 middle school girls for a 100% field immersion to allow them to envision themselves, to dare and to discover a sector that is transforming, innovating… and recruiting.

On the agenda:

• A behind-the-scenes look at our production lines and an insight into our innovative processes
• Inspiring conversations with our teams, who are proud to share their day-to-day work and career journeys
• A focus on our businesses and the equipment we use every day

🎯 Objective: to open the doors to a dynamic sector and show that the road equipment industry is a modern, attractive world full of opportunities for everyone!

Well done to all our committed employees, and a big thank you to the schoolgirls for their energy and curiosity, which reminded us that the future of the industry is being shaped right now – and it’s being shaped by women just as much as by men.
