Our safety management system integrates prevention into every level of the organisation and actively empowers managers and all staff to engage with the company\u2019s continual improvement strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safety Day(s)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Every year, we take part in VINCI Construction\u2019s Safety Day(s) event<\/strong>, which shines the spotlight on occupational risk prevention and safety issues. During the event, our teams attend workshops to share their experiences and best practices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim is to reinforce the right habits, raise greater awareness of the specific risks in our business activities and ensure that everyone prioritises safety on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the briefings held at the start of each shift, we also hold monthly 15-minute safety sessions, which reinforce our individual and collective commitment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safety is a priority that requires constant vigilance, whether working alone or as part of a team. At Euroliners, training and support for our staff are key to developing skills, preventing\u00a0accidents\u00a0and fostering an\u202fenduring safety culture<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why every employee, irrespective of their position, follows an appropriate training pathway<\/strong> in line with their duties and work environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

For environmental protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our commitment to promoting responsible practices when designing and manufacturing our road marking equipment is inextricably woven into our DNA. Consequently, we incorporate recycled materials<\/strong> and have currently achieved a 96% recyclability rate<\/strong> for our equipment. This eco-design approach<\/strong> is a cornerstone of our industrial strategy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are also working to continually improve the energy efficiency of our production and repair workshops. These enhancements contribute directly to producing highly durable equipment and shrinking our environmental footprint. At the same time, we are going to great lengths to reduce the amount of materials used and embrace responsible waste management practices, with 21.5 tons of scrap metal<\/strong>, 4.2 tons of wood<\/strong> and 3.8 tons of used oil recycled in 2025<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of our drive for sustainable innovation, we are developing alternative forms of marking equipment powered by electric motors, such as the Trassar 6 Energy<\/a><\/strong>, which helps lower the carbon footprint of marking operations while limiting noise pollution. Our machines are also designed to use products with a high solid content<\/strong> and water-based paints<\/strong>, which significantly decrease volatile organic compound (VOC)<\/strong> emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this global outlook, we are pursuing our commitment to pioneer solutions that are ever kinder to the environment, more effective and better suited to the challenges of tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
